For this project, I created the memoir “Fill your heart, feed your soul” and gave it a grunge/punk visual expression. The distressed textures and raw typography reflect the feeling of self-care amidst chaos — showing how prioritizing yourself can feel messy, loud, and challenging. The design emphasizes that, even in disorder, self-care is essential, making typography a tool for both storytelling and emotional expression. I mostly used Photoshop to create this; however, I printed it through InDesign.
